  Great source for debate information, outline maps, current news, etc.  All subject areas are included.

United Streaming   http://streaming.discoveryeducation.com/index.cfm  This service from Discovery Education allows you to search for videos that match your curriculum. You create your own log in and can use it at home and at school. It is available all summer as well.

BrainPop   www.brainpop.com
   BrainPop offers a variety of animated filmclips for all types of subjects.

Soundz Abound    http://www.soundzabound.com/
    For one year we have the use of this royalty free music on the website. All five albums are available. Use it all you want and save it to cd or harddrive to use whenever you want.  The passwords for us are login=flwms and password=flwms.

       Collect and organize your bookmarks online.  What a great resource!

   Diigo  www.diigo.com  Another way to bookmark your sites but this one also make highlighting important passages possible.  Educators may apply to use diigo with students.

        Register and create your own avatars to post to your blogs or webpages.

         Create a slide show of your pictures with fun music provided by the site.

          Google has collected so many great tools together under their umbrella.  Look at igoogle for creating a personal webpage. Look at calendar for a way to track your appointments and events.  Look at google docs in order to collaborate on the same documents.  Look at Blogger to create your own blog or to search for blogs by others with your interests.
